**Additional mileage outside this area incurs a per-mile fee.

Service Call Fees

All scheduled service calls include a base service based on your location:


✅ 0 – 30 miles: $75 service fee

✅ 30 – 50 miles: $100 service fee

✅ 50+ miles: $100 service fee + $1 per mile beyond 50 miles

Hourly Service Rate

Standard Service Rate: $150 per hour

  • One-hour minimum on the first visit. 

  • Additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

  • Additional charges apply for parts and supplies.

Emergency Rates

If you need an urget repair outside our normal business hours (9am-6pm) or cannot wait for a scheduled appointment, we may be able to accommodate you for same-day or next-day service, depending on availability and our waiting list.

 

🚨Emergency Service Rate: $250 per hour

  • One-hour minimum charge for emergency service. 

  • Additional time billed in 15-minute increments.

  • A $250 deposit + applicable service call/mileage fee must be prepaid over the phone.

  • Additional charges apply for parts and supplies.

**Emergency rates will not be charged if we already have an opening in the schedule.

Maintenance Packages

Get your RV ready for the road! As spring approaches, our Road Trip Ready Package ensures your RV is fully de-winterized and prepped for travel. If you didn't winterize your RV properly, we can also check for any cold-weather damage and get you back on track.  (Ranging $125-$175)

Once your RV repair appoint is scheduled:

  • You'll receive a text confirmation with details.

  • One the day of service, we'll send a notification when we're en route.

Payment & Service Reporting

 

We believe in transparent pricing and easy payment options:

  • Payment is due at the time of service- we accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

  • A digital invoice will be provided for your records.

  • Once complete, we'll confirm via text.
